Shinoda Mariko is Lady Luck for Weekly Magazine

Weekly Playboy magazine managed to get another “goddess”, as they describe her, from AKB48 to appear on the cover for this week’s edition – Shinoda Mariko.

The idol group must be full of goddesses, believing the weekly and monthly pictorial magazines and the superlatives they are using for some of their members. For Shinoda it’s actually the first cover for this magazine and the team behind the magazine are definitely feeling honored to finally add Lady Luck herself to their personal list of photographed goddesses.

Shinoda is looking as stunning as usual and the editorial staff used some fitting words to describe the idol.

Jun Natsukawa is a Japanese idol from Tokyo, Japan. In October 2005, she released a music cd titled Himetra Trance in which she covered the theme song from the anime Cat’s Eye. J-Pop Hottie, Maki Goto

So my Japanese pop knowledge is not exactly as extensive as I would like it to be. Oh who am I kidding. I know almost nothing about Japanese pop, or as it’s more commonly known, J-pop, except for Namie Amuro, basically the only Japanese singer I have listened to and liked. So I don’t know all that much about Maki Goto, although I had previously made a post on her after spotting her photo book, a common thing in Japan, but practically non-existent here in the Western world. Anyways, Maki goto is quite the dish, and I couldn’t resist making another post for her. The girl is really hot, what can I say.

She has released several DVDs and photobooks and has appeared on several TV shows in Japan. As of January 2006, Yoko left her modeling agency, but is still active in producing DVDs and photo sets. At the times of the release of her latest DVD she usually attends promotional events where her fans get to meet their idol and take a picture with her. These events are most often held in department stores in the Akihabara district of Tokyo.
